What are the fees for Consignment?

At Help Resale, we aim to make the consignment process seamless and profitable for our clients.  We understand that each product and client has unique needs, which is why we offer a personalized approach to ensure the best possible outcome. Before your product is received, we will collaborate with you to negotiate a custom commission structure designed to maximize your profit while securing the best price for your items. Our goal is to build a transparent and flexible partnership that drives mutual success, helping your products stand out while delivering the value they deserve. Once your payment is made, any refunds will be issued to that same method. For sales over $500.00, consignors must complete a W-9 form to comply with tax requirements. Until the form is submitted, payment for the item may be temporarily withheld to ensure smooth financial transactions. Products listed and sold through third-party platforms, such as eBay, are subject to the return policies specific to those platforms. Help Resale will process payouts for sold items, but if a return is initiated within the platform's 30-day return window, Help Resale reserves the right to hold payment until the return period has passed.
